Customer Service Representative - (Turkish/English)

Support will be provided through a ticketing system and live chat, encompassing customer inquiries, complaints, and verification processes for our top-tier cryptocurrency exchange platform.
Applicants must possess proficiency in both Turkish and English.
This position is remote, allowing employees to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Address back-office tickets and handle live chat interactions, offering 24/7 online support and email responses to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, guidance, and feedback via email or online tools.
- Collaborate with other departments on customer-related tasks, accurately document requests and advice, and provide insights through documentation.
- Manage customer complaints, special cases, and ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Preferably new graduates with enthusiasm and drive, though having a college degree is a preferred but not obligatory.
- Fluency in Turkish is essential, while intermediate English proficiency is desired.
- Previous customer service experience, especially in finance or e-commerce, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, proactivity, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and teamwork.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, strong communication skills, and a track record of surpassing expectations.
- Passion for customer service and willingness to work varying shifts, including night shifts.
