Efficient fluency in both Hindi/Urdu and English languages is essential as we mold our customer service team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage back-office tickets and provide 24/7 online voice, email, and chat support to customers.
- Handle customer queries, recommendations, and suggestions via multiple communication channels.
- Collaborate with other departments in liaising with customers, accurately document customer interactions, and provide constructive feedback through documentation.
- Address customer complaints and resolve special cases or ad-hoc tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree.
- Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu is a prerequisite. Proficiency in other languages is advantageous for seamless collaboration within the organization.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service, with a preference for backgrounds in finance or e-commerce. Recent graduates with outstanding skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong moral integrity, proactiveness, meticulousness, diligence, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to surpass expectations.
- Enthusiastic about the customer service industry with a willingness to work varying shifts, including night shifts.
