Customer Support Specialist - German Speaking

Join our team as part of the Customer Support department, where you will serve as the primary link between customers and our team, delivering speedy and effective technical support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will handle inquiries related to Ledger products and services, demonstrating patience and empathy as you meet customers at different levels of expertise. Tasks will range from troubleshooting transactions and connectivity issues to handling return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and more.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing daily inquiries promptly
- Communicate clearly and provide concise documentation on service tickets
- Identify recurring support trends and product issues to inform our product development
- Collaborate with various internal teams and departments to ensure timely issue resolution
- Participate in global events and stay updated on industry trends
- Continuously learn about cryptocurrencies and Ledger products to remain informed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer support or customer-facing roles
- Strong customer-centric mindset
- Interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Ability to grasp technical information and analyze data
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Zendesk or Sprinklr is a plus
