Overview

Join Flipster, a rapidly growing cryptocurrency futures exchange dedicated to simplifying and enhancing cryptocurrency trading. As a data analyst, you will be pivotal in improving the overall user experience by analyzing user behavior, simplifying trading processes, identifying potential traders, and examining financial data and trading patterns. Collaborating closely with the product team, you will drive innovation and growth through data-driven experiments and processes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and designers to drive data-informed product development.
• Conduct statistical analyses to provide actionable insights for better decision-making.
• Measure performance outcomes, identify key issues, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement A/B testing to optimize product features and user engagement.
• Create data support solutions like dashboards and message bots for enhancing data accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics or similar roles.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced with large datasets.
• Able to conduct in-depth product analyses using relevant techniques.
• Experience in designing and implementing tests leading to product enhancements.

Preferred

• Familiarity with BigQuery, Python, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Experience in cryptocurrency exchange or fintech companies.
• Exposure to performance marketing strategies and data analysis.
• Knowledge of data quality checks, query optimization, and debugging.
• Background in machine learning, deep learning, or AI applications.
• Self-motivated with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly.
