Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers and designers to drive data-informed product development.
- Conduct statistical analyses to provide actionable insights for better decision-making.
- Measure performance outcomes, identify key issues, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement A/B testing to optimize product features and user engagement.
- Create data support solutions like dashboards and message bots for enhancing data accessibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics or similar roles.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with large datasets.
- Able to conduct in-depth product analyses using relevant techniques.
- Experience in designing and implementing tests leading to product enhancements.
Preferred
- Familiarity with BigQuery, Python, Airflow, or similar tools.
- Experience in cryptocurrency exchange or fintech companies.
