Data Analytics Manager

Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on risk patterns present on Binance platforms, utilizing data-driven methodologies and quantitative analysis to detect, measure, contain, and mitigate risks such as fraud trading, spam registration, account takeover, and payment fraud.
Implement, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness and stability of variables, rules, and models. Regularly maintain and refine rules/strategies to enhance key risk metrics.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to establish new rules and strategies that strike a balance between user experience and risk mitigation solutions.
Utilize a business-centric strategic approach to analyze and streamline compliance operations, identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, and generate actionable insights to support the organization's growth strategy.
Cultivate executive-level strategic partnerships with Compliance business leaders and senior management to align compliance objectives with broader company priorities, defining measurable success criteria for the function.
Lead and develop the Compliance Data Analytics team, fostering a high-performance culture and leveraging each team member's strengths to enhance the team's impact within the Compliance organization.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a focus on disciplines like mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
Possess a minimum of five years of experience in data analysis or data mining. Background in risk analysis related to financial derivatives or e-commerce platforms is preferred. Knowledge of blockchain, payment systems, and risk domains is advantageous.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analysis tool like Python or R.
Display a keen willingness and ability to learn, exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong coordination and communication capabilities.
