Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cashflow settlements, reconciliations, and clearing activities with trade counterparts.
- Oversee automated hedging processes and intervene manually when necessary to mitigate cashflow risks.
- Efficiently handle margin and collateral operations while maintaining strict controls.
- Analyze and report trade performance for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on new business initiatives.
- Develop business requirements for new product lines and process enhancements.
- Utilize performance data analysis to optimize business growth strategies.
- Provide operational support as needed for settlements and fund management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in Web3 or finance industries.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, numerical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a global team setting.
- Knowledge of derivatives is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Proficiency with Python and SQL is a plus.
