Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cashflow settlements, reconciliations, and clearing activities with trade counterparts.
• Oversee automated hedging processes and intervene manually when necessary to mitigate cashflow risks.
• Efficiently handle margin and collateral operations while maintaining strict controls.
• Analyze and report trade performance for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on new business initiatives.
• Develop business requirements for new product lines and process enhancements.
• Utilize performance data analysis to optimize business growth strategies.
• Provide operational support as needed for settlements and fund management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in Web3 or finance industries.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, numerical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a global team setting.
• Knowledge of derivatives is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL is a plus.
