Job Summary
Digital Asset plays a crucial role in helping organizations of various sizes and industries launch distributed applications quickly and sustainably through its innovative offers centered around DAML - an open-source, platform-independent smart contract framework. Position Overview
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in designing and managing production systems to develop and sustain the infrastructure, processes, tools, and standards essential for Digital Asset Engineers’ daily operations. As a pivotal figure, the candidate will be instrumental in streamlining the organization for efficiency and success.
Essential Duties
- Develop and enhance engineering infrastructure and tooling required for software development, testing, documentation, and auditing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to fulfill service and capability requirements of the internal infrastructure for creating and delivering product artifacts to clients.
- Manage the technical aspects of release processes.
- Identify and address opportunities for improvements to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capability building across teams.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps Engineering.
- Proven ability to engage with internal clients for requirements gathering and production support.
- Proficiency in SDLC tools, utilizing agile methodologies, and managing CICD services.
- Experience in handling various build tools, cloud and container infrastructure, developer tooling, and scripting.
- Strong critical thinking skills for refining processes and automation pipelines.
- A collaborative mindset that values diverse perspectives and effective communication.
