We are looking for an individual with exceptional skills and motivation to join our team in the Digital Asset role. This position is pivotal to our cryptocurrency organization as it entails hands-on involvement in digital asset operations to ensure security, efficiency, and compliance in the ever-evolving crypto landscape. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and proficiency in navigating various crypto platforms and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations concerning digital assets, encompassing cryptocurrencies, tokens, and other digital assets. Monitor transactions, exchanges, and transfers for accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Implement stringent security measures to safeguard digital assets against potential threats such as hacks, fraud, and unauthorized access. Stay abreast of the latest security practices and protocols in the crypto industry to effectively mitigate risks.
• Stay informed about relevant crypto regulations and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions. Ensure that digital asset operations conform to applicable laws and regulations by implementing necessary procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the smooth operation of blockchain networks supporting digital assets. Monitor network performance, address technical issues, and propose enhancements to optimize efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain accurate records of digital assets, including ownership details, transactions, and other pertinent data. Produce regular reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors to provide transparency and accountability.
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and enhance digital asset operations. Propose and implement process improvements, automation, and innovative solutions to boost operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the crypto industry. Conduct research on emerging digital assets, platforms, and technologies, and share insights and recommendations with the team.

Requirements / Skill Sets:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in blockchain technology or cryptocurrency management are advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in digital asset operations, preferably in the crypto industry.
• Thorough knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Familiarity with crypto wallets, custody solutions, and secure key management.
• Proficiency in utilizing blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, and trading platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
• Detail-oriented mindset focused on accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
