About The Role

If you step into the role of Digital Asset Operations Manager at Immutable, you will spearhead the company’s Digital Asset Operations, taking charge of treasury operations, financial controls, compliance, and reporting functions. Working closely with the VP of Finance and collaborating with cross-functional teams in legal, risk, compliance, and security, you will ensure stringent financial governance in the dynamic Web3 landscape.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing Immutable’s digital asset treasury, ensuring operational precision, and upholding rigorous standards of compliance and risk management. This pivotal role demands strong analytical acumen, financial expertise, and the agility to navigate the evolving terrain of blockchain finance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Immutable’s digital asset treasury, including financial operations, security measures, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Enhance financial controls to safeguard the integrity and security of Immutable’s digital asset holdings.
• Supervise treasury operations, coordinating asset transfers, payments, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to guarantee adherence to regulatory mandates and best practices.
• Manage crypto treasury systems and tools, such as wallets, block explorers, Jira Boards, and data dashboards.
• Enhance internal digital asset management processes, identifying automation opportunities, efficiency enhancement, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Offer insights and analysis on blockchain transactions, financial performance, and operational trends.
• Support senior finance leadership as a strategic partner, ensuring robust financial governance.
• Serve as a key liaison for internal teams and external partners concerning digital asset operations and security.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bring to the table a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance operations, treasury management, or a data-intensive financial role.
• Exhibit a solid proficiency in treasury management, financial controls, and risk compliance within a fast-paced setting.
• Display high attention to detail and accuracy to uphold error-free financial operations.
• Possess robust analytical and quantitative skills, accompanied by expertise in financial data assessment.
• Showcase excellent written and verbal communication abilities to articulate complex financial and technical operations clearly.
• Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and the capacity to design, implement, and refine financial processes.
• Prior exposure to control and risk audit processes ensuring financial governance in digital asset management.
• Cultivate a strong passion for digital assets, blockchain, and the evolving Web3 financial landscape.
