Responsibilities
Research & Analysis:

- Stay updated on key trends, macroeconomic factors, and advancements in digital assets to identify emerging opportunities.
- Analyze tokenomics, on-chain data, and market metrics to derive actionable insights.
Report Creation & Standardization:
- Utilize Sell-Side Equity Research experience to develop and implement a standardized approach for external research reports.
- Craft clear, concise, and professional reports that effectively communicate complex information.
- Establish templates, methodologies, and best practices for research output to promote consistency across the team.
- Manage channel relationships and distribution for research reports (paid or non-paid).
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Business Development and Product, to offer data-driven insights and support strategic decisions.
- Partner with leadership to align research priorities with company objectives and client requirements.
Thought Leadership:
- Create thought leadership content, including white papers, and market outlooks to enhance the visibility of the company's project development and valuation.
- Stay abreast of industry developments to ensure the research remains innovative and relevant.
Client/Stakeholder Engagement (Optional):
- Present research findings to both internal and external stakeholders, translating complex insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Experience:
- 2-3 years of Sell-Side Equity Research experience, ideally covering sectors like Technology, Financials, or other high-growth industries.
- Proven track record in producing detailed research reports with valuable insights.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- CFA or similar certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in fundamental and technical analysis, with the ability to interpret intricate data sets and financial models.
