Responsibilities in Brief:

  • Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and deploy HR strategies and policies that align with organizational goals.

  • Address real-time business needs by offering effective HR solutions for enhanced performance.

  • Collaborate on enhancing organization structures and job designs to drive workforce productivity.

  • Keep track, analyze, and present key HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Engage in planning and executing internal HR communication strategies with Corporate Communication.

  • Talent Acquisition and Development

  • Work closely with senior management to align staffing strategies with organizational goals.

  • Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts, promote continuous employee development.

  • Focus on recruitment to attract and retain top talent across the organization.

  • Develop and oversee training programs to enrich employee skills and career advancement.

  • Performance Management

  • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and respect within the organization.

  • Design and improve performance evaluation systems and compensation programs.

  • Guide managers on performance-related matters, linking annual merit increases to results.

  • Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Stay informed on legal developments and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance units to address legal matters within the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressing HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Bonus: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
