Responsibilities in Brief:
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and deploy HR strategies and policies that align with organizational goals.
Address real-time business needs by offering effective HR solutions for enhanced performance.
Collaborate on enhancing organization structures and job designs to drive workforce productivity.
Keep track, analyze, and present key HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Engage in planning and executing internal HR communication strategies with Corporate Communication.
Talent Acquisition and Development
Work closely with senior management to align staffing strategies with organizational goals.
Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts, promote continuous employee development.
Focus on recruitment to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
Develop and oversee training programs to enrich employee skills and career advancement.
Performance Management
Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and respect within the organization.
Design and improve performance evaluation systems and compensation programs.
Guide managers on performance-related matters, linking annual merit increases to results.
Compliance
Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
Stay informed on legal developments and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance units to address legal matters within the company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressing HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Bonus: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
