Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement the partnership strategy in the US in alignment with company goals.
- Identify and assess new partnership opportunities across different categories.
- Lead the US partner roadmap, including prioritization and tracking performance.
- Act as an advocate for partnerships within the company.
Partner Development & Management:
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new partners.
- Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners.
- Structure, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements.
- Oversee the partner lifecycle from launch through optimization and renewal.
Revenue & Growth:
- Generate revenue through opportunities led or influenced by partners.
- Collaborate with Sales to empower partners and expedite deal processes.
- Monitor, forecast, and report partnership performance and return on investment.
- Continually enhance partnerships to enhance growth and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on joint campaigns and Go-To-Market initiatives.
- Partner with Product teams to guide the roadmap based on partner insights.
- Work with Legal and Finance departments on contract negotiations, compliance, and deal structures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and expanding partnerships within the US market.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing intricate deals.
- Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, relationship-building capabilities, and executive presence.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in sales to large enterprises, major banks, or the crypto market is desirable.
- Previous involvement in the growth and management of global sales teams is a plus.
- Proactive, driven individual with a hands-on coaching approach.
- Thrives in environments focused on continual learning and experimentation.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on sustainable problem-solving.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations independently to drive tasks to completion.
