Responsibilities
- Plan and implement strategies for driving user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Earn products.
- Explore and foster partnerships with token partners to enhance product offerings and expand ecosystem reach.
- Collaborate with various teams such as Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams for smooth product operations and successful campaign execution.
- Monitor Earn product performance daily, address product-related issues, and resolve them by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with relevant parties to achieve business KPIs and growth objectives.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns and growth initiatives effectiveness through data analysis, user insights, and feedback.
- Assist in managing VIP and institutional clients while also aiding in acquiring more clients for Earn products.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Simple Earn mechanisms, especially Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Earn and DeFi products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, ideally within crypto, fintech, Tradfi, or internet platforms.
- Profound understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi products, DeFi ecosystems, and Lending/Borrowing mechanisms.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills enabling data and user feedback-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
- Result-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and focus on achieving KPIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills both internally and with external token project partners.
- Previous experience with VIP or institutional clients is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and operates well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
