QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for an Email Marketing Director to play a key role within our Email Marketing Team. The successful candidate will lead the creation, enhancement, and execution of top-tier Email Marketing initiatives for always-on and localized emails. Reporting to the Global Head of Email Marketing, the Email Marketing Director will collaborate with the Email Marketing Team and cross-functional departments. This position requires outstanding strategic thinking, proficient team management skills, and a solid understanding of the crypto industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global email marketing strategy for always-on emails targeting diverse customer segments.
  • Manage the planning and testing roadmap for always-on email campaigns, focusing on expansion and optimization.
  • Oversee end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy development, testing, performance monitoring, and analysis.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of two marketing professionals, ensuring successful email marketing campaign execution.
  • Collaborate closely with local market teams to advise on regional email strategy alignment.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and voice across all email communications.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Local Market teams, and Brand Design to ensure high-quality, relevant email content.
  • Work with the team and brand design resources to enhance the creative quality of email marketing efforts continually.

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Engagement Marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership expertise with at least 3 years of experience in team management and talent development.
  • Background in crypto with trading experience; familiar with CEFI & DeFi concepts and exchanges.
  • Proficiency in creative storytelling and developing engaging email content.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with various teams across the organization.
