Job Summary The Field & Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing programs targeted at driving engagement with prospects, customers, and partners through various channels. This role involves managing day-to-day marketing activities, collaborating with partners, and tracking campaign performance. The Manager will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies to support lead generation and reinforce brand visibility.
The position requires U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of Field & Channel Marketing Programs in partnership with the Enterprise Sales and Channel Account teams to drive opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Strategically plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns aligned with overall business objectives and ensuring optimal audience engagement.
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop co-marketing initiatives and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Plan and manage field marketing webinars, events, and trade shows, overseeing logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage regional marketing budgets for field and channel initiatives, effectively allocating resources and tracking expenditures.
• Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness through metrics, driving continuous optimization and future strategy development.
• Develop marketing materials, including presentations, toolkits, social media content, and emails to support sales and channel efforts.
• Foster collaboration with sales, product, and other marketing teams to align initiatives and drive success.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors, informing marketing strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and lead generation metrics to cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in field marketing, channel marketing, or similar roles, with a track record of contributing to revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated expertise in executing regional marketing programs and managing partner relationships to drive business growth.
• Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning to analysis, informing future strategies.
• Strong background in partner relationship management, collaborating effectively with channel partners, resellers, or distributors.
• Proficiency in event management, including planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, or conferences.
• Familiarity with budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for marketing initiatives.
• Comfort with data analysis, using metrics to evaluate campaign performance and drive data-informed decisions.
• Solid understanding of field and channel marketing strategies, event management, and campaign execution.
• Proven track record in project management, effectively delivering on marketing projects while meeting timelines and objectives.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Ability to use metrics-driven analytical insights to inform strategic and tactical marketing decisions.
• Experience with event management tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads and campaign logistics.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills to drive alignment and support across the organization to achieve business outcomes.

Level of Authority The role operates with moderate independence within established parameters, enabling the individual to make decisions and take action within specified guidelines. Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience.
