Description
The Finance and Accounting team consists of various departments including Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Their role involves optimizing global finance initiatives, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask across multiple project scopes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end closing procedures and prepare monthly financial reports such as consolidated financial statements, cash flow statements, and management reports.
- Utilize financial data to produce accurate consolidated financial reports for management decision-making.
- Lead the team to meet financial reporting deadlines and maintain internal control policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing efficient financial processes and procedures.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and reports for business projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain or provide information necessary for analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external parties.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business required; CPA or advanced degrees are a plus.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and/or consolidation; audit experience preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, project management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
