The Finance & Accounting team comprises various functions including Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Together, the team collaborates to optimize global finance initiatives with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking across diverse project scopes.

Responsibilities

  • Working Hour: 12pm-9pm (Hong Kong Time), including Saturday & Sunday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)
  • Conduct financial data analysis: scrutinize financial data, such as expense reports, budgets, financial statements, to detect trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations to outline findings for management review.
  • Support financial planning and budgeting: Work with the finance team to participate in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses. Identify potential cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Facilitate financial transactions: Manage and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reimbursements, and vendor invoices ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Verify transaction records to uphold data accuracy.
  • Coordinate finance operations internally and externally.
  • Manage daily credits and debits of digital assets.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as delegated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent (Fresh Graduates welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and working well under pressure.
  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, accurate data processing, and adherence to procedures.
  • Proficient in Excel specifically V-lookup and Pivot Table functions.
  • Previous experience with digital assets is advantageous.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
