Responsibilities
- Execute all postings in the internal accounting system Netsuite for the CIS region
- Compile and submit month-end closing reports in Netsuite for the CIS region promptly
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of Regulatory Reports and tax reports for the CIS region
- Maintain precise record-keeping in the 1C system and reconcile with Netsuite for Kazakhstan
- Adhere to compliance standards aligned with IFRS, internal guidelines, and local regulations
- Engage with consultants, regulators, banks, and auditors
- Actively contribute to assigned projects
- Support planning and budgeting processes
- Conduct financial and decision support analysis
- Ensure thorough reconciliation of all regional accounts

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Proficiency in Russian and English languages
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the crypto or financial sector
- Experience in Big4 or other accounting firms and possession of an Accounting degree such as DipIFR, ACCA, or CPA are advantageous
- Profound knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Strong familiarity with the 1C system and a willingness to learn Oracle
