Our expertise includes handling non-cash compensation such as stock or token grants, making us an essential partner for crypto companies and law firms during token generation events and launches.

The successful launch of our latest product, Token Grant Administration (TGA), has already managed billions of dollars in on-platform value. Backed by a $20 million investment from reputable entities, Toku is rapidly expanding and seeking a dynamic individual to join us as the first Account Executive.

As an Account Executive at Toku, you will spearhead customer research, outreach, and sales processes. Collaborating closely with our leadership team, you will establish relationships with key decision-makers in the blockchain/crypto industry, ensuring customer satisfaction through the entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels and outreach methods.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with decision-makers and strategic partners.
  • Discovery: Understand client needs to customize solutions effectively.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Secure deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to support customers effectively.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales, preference for those with legal background or experience at early-stage legal tech companies.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets with complex deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of legal challenges faced by law firms.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client communication.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and sustain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in conducting needs analysis and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Apollo.
  • Personal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
