Founding Account Executive

Recently funded by top investors, including Blockchain Capital, Protocol Labs, and other notable names, we are rapidly expanding our team. As the first Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in researching, targeting, and engaging potential customers. You will oversee the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and beyond. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be at the forefront of an industry experiencing significant growth, fostering relationships with key decision-makers in the blockchain/crypto sphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Discovery: Understand client needs to tailor effective solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to support clients throughout their lifecycle.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends and competition.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably with knowledge of legal tech industry.
- Track Record: Proven success in meeting sales targets, closing high-value deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of legal industry challenges.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in needs analysis and solution presentation.
- Tech-Savvy: Competence with various sales tools.
