Toku serves as a crucial partner for crypto companies and their legal advisors for token generation events (TGE) and launches. Our newest flagship product, Token Grant Administration (TGA), provides token cap table management for founders, employees, and investors, experiencing rapid growth post-launch.

Having secured funding from prominent investors, Toku is looking to hire a dedicated and proactive Product Manager to drive the development of our platform within fintech, web3, and enterprise software industries, contributing to the evolution of token-based compensation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Taking ownership of product development processes, from concept to implementation, ensuring core features meet the requirements of customers in the fintech and crypto sectors.
• Defining product strategy, prioritizing features that address complex global employment and compensation challenges.
• Engaging with various teams such as engineering, legal, compliance, and operations to bring the product vision to life through effective collaboration.
• Directly interacting with enterprise clients to gather feedback and insights to enhance the product and increase adoption.
• Developing and maintaining detailed product documentation, user guides, and external content to facilitate seamless onboarding and user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as an early PM or founder at a fintech or SaaS startup, successfully launching products at scale.
• Profound knowledge of financial product development, especially pertaining to complex regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in cross-functional leadership, collaborating with engineering and legal teams to deliver top-tier products.
• Customer-centric mindset, adept at collecting and translating client feedback into actionable features.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of producing clear and engaging content for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a founder or product manager, with a successful track record of launching multiple fintech products.
• Proven experience in developing products that surpassed $20M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at creating clear product collateral for both internal and external use.
• Ability to thoroughly test product functionality before release and refine documentation for accuracy and clarity.
• Capable of excelling with autonomy and significant responsibility.
• Interest in and understanding of crypto products.
