Now, we invite you to be a part of our team and contribute to our mission. As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Familiarizing yourself with our product and the crypto world
- Trying out our app to better understand and relate to our users
- Providing exceptional customer service to our community members in English and either French or German (additional languages are a plus)
- Assisting users through email or chat-based communication
- Working in a 24/7 rotating shift pattern and having the flexibility to work remotely during night shifts when possible
- Efficiently organizing your daily work and completing occasional projects or project-based tasks
- Being a team player and collaborating with all members, as our community encompasses both users and staff
- Relaying important feedback to relevant teams
- Reporting any bugs to appropriate channels
- Being available to communicate with users when required in English and German
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Fluency in English and German, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous
- Experience working in customer-centric and customer-facing environments
- Strong listening and reading skills to fully comprehend user inquiries
- The ability to find optimal solutions for user concerns and questions
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment, being open to daily development and improvement
- Tolerance, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to find win-win solutions
- Effective time management and punctuality
- Outside the box thinking
- An interest in FinTech and general tech savviness
- A proactiveness to improve processes and systems
- The capacity to evaluate situations and make optimal decisions in unexpected circumstances
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of the Blockchain ecosystem is beneficial
