Requirements

Our fast-growing Web3 company is in search of an experienced Growth Marketer who can drive our growth hacking strategy with proven results. The ideal candidate should display a robust foundation in growth hacking, possess solid analytical skills, and be able to craft and execute strategies to enhance our marketing funnel across diverse channels.

The role necessitates an in-depth understanding of growth marketing techniques, adept data analysis abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects independently within a remote setting.

Responsibilities

The Growth Marketer will play a pivotal role in optimizing the marketing funnel to amplify user acquisition and retention through strategic growth hacking initiatives. They will analyze data to identify areas of enhancement, conduct A/B tests, monitor channel performance, and collaborate cross-functionally align growth objectives with overall business targets. Regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) will be an integral part of this role.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar growth marketing role
  • Proficiency in growth hacking and digital marketing
  • Strong grasp of metrics and analytics
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and analytics
