A role within Uniswap calls for a growth marketing specialist with a curious, creative, and analytical approach to identifying and exploring new growth avenues across Uniswap's product range.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product, data, and content marketing leaders to research novel marketing strategies, suggest initial tests and Go-To-Market plans, and actively implement and evaluate their outcomes. This position demands a solid grasp of web2 marketing strategies, hands-on experience with marketing channels (paid, content, etc.), excellent writing capabilities, proficiency in data analytics, and an interest in cryptocurrency. The responsibility includes managing and introducing new marketing experiments, channels, and growth tactics to boost user acquisition, engagement, and activation.
The organization is headquartered in SoHo, New York City, with the potential for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the growth marketing testing roadmap to unearth fresh channels and strategies within the Uniswap platform.
- Initiate test campaigns in new paid acquisition channels, such as influencers and affiliates.
- Collaborate with PDE to pinpoint growth opportunities encompassing SEO and product-led growth.
- Assist in formulating the lifecycle marketing strategy in collaboration with Product and Content teams covering email, push, and in-app notifications.
- Create and execute an app store optimization (ASO) testing roadmap while conducting regular optimizations.
- Provide comprehensive weekly reporting and analysis for all channels within scope.
- Contribute to Go-To-Market channel strategy and execution for new critical releases.
Requirements
- 5 years of marketing experience in B2C technical products, with a strong background in 1-2 core channels.
- Enthusiasm for blending quantitative and creative marketing aspects.
- Passion for crypto, DeFi, and Web3 as transformative opportunities, with a hands-off attitude towards wallets, dApps, NFTs, or involvement in DAOs.
- Clear and concise written communication with a penchant for documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in A/B and multivariate testing along with a sound understanding of statistics.
- Familiarity with product and marketing KPIs like LTV, ARPU, and ROAS.
Salary range is between $172,000 to $191,000 annually, in compliance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Uniswap Labs provides various benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, gym subsidy, 401(k) with employer contribution, education stipend, paid parental leave, among others.
