Growth Marketing Hacker: DeFi Wallet (Crypto.com Onchain)

is seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to drive the strategy, user lifecycle, and product positioning for their suite of decentralized wallet features in Hong Kong. This role requires understanding of Web3 UX, translating complex protocols for user value, and collaborating with product, growth, and community teams to achieve adoption, engagement, and trust in a self-custodial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Positioning

• Collaborate with product and strategy teams to shape the DeFi Wallet roadmap and on-chain features.
• Develop user-focused messaging for self-custody and cross-chain benefits, targeting various user personas.
• Lead creative positioning and messaging for localized marketing campaigns.
• Ensure alignment between roadmap, market insights, and messaging through close partnership with product managers.

1. Launch Execution

• Drive go-to-market strategies for new features like token swaps and staking.
• Conceptualize marketing campaigns across various channels for deployment.
• Leverage DeFi partnerships to enhance community reach.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration for impactful launches and ongoing adoption.

1. Customer Insights & Market Intelligence

• Conduct user research and data analysis to inform product roadmaps.
• Monitor leading DeFi wallets and Web3 UX trends for benchmarking.
• Share insights with product and growth teams to refine strategies.

1. Growth & Retention

• Launch educational campaigns to drive user engagement with DeFi features.
• Implement gamification and reward mechanisms to encourage deeper wallet usage.
• Collaborate on optimizing user flows in partnership with the product team.

1. Performance & Reporting

• Define KPIs with Growth and Product teams, analyze funnel metrics and campaign impact.
• Utilize analytics tools for reporting and collaborate closely with analytics and product teams for quick iteration.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of product marketing experience, ideally within DeFi Web3 wallet industry.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products and driving sustainable adoption and revenue growth.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
• Background in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous.
• Knowledge in community-led growth or crypto space is a bonus.
