Crypto.com is dedicated to advancing the adoption of cryptocurrency worldwide. To support the growth of our Exchange and Crypto.com App, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to spearhead our market strategies, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning for driving global user expansion.
This role encompasses a blend of product understanding, data analysis, and creative execution, making it ideal for a strategic marketer who excels in fast-paced and hands-on environments. You will collaborate closely with product managers and growth teams to synchronize feature releases, growth campaigns, and user insights, shaping engaging narratives that resonate with diverse user segments across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Positioning
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to shape the roadmap for the Exchange and main app verticals.
- Craft unique value propositions to set our platform apart in the competitive global market.
- Define user personas in partnership with data, analytics, and product teams, tailoring individualized user journeys.
- Drive creative and messaging strategies for growth campaigns, ensuring impactful and localized initiatives.
- Align with product managers on roadmap priorities and integration of customer feedback loops.
- Launch Execution
- Lead go-to-market planning for new feature releases in partnership with the product team.
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns spanning in-app, email, web, social media, and earned media for user acquisition.
- Ensure timely, scalable, and data-informed campaigns in collaboration with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Customize messaging for regional rollouts in coordination with local market teams and growth teams, considering regional nuances.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Utilize user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to enhance user experience and messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams to influence prioritization and positioning strategies.
- Growth & Retention
- Develop lifecycle programs to enhance user activation, trading volume, and overall retention rates.
- Conceptualize promotional campaigns and incentive programs to incentivize engagement and improve retention.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to refine onboarding and reactivation processes based on identified drop-off points.
- Performance & Reporting
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with Growth and Product teams covering funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact.
- Utilize analytical tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel to generate performance reports and iterate swiftly in collaboration with analytics and product teams.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably with a background in cryptocurrency.
- Demonstrated track record in launching and scaling B2C products or platforms, driving sustainable adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills, adept at simplifying complex concepts to create compelling stories.
- Highly collaborative with experience working across functions in dynamic environments, with a bias for action.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous.
- Bonus points for being crypto-native or familiar with community-driven growth strategies.
