Growth Partnerships Manager APAC
The regional coverage for this position includes Australasia, South East Asia, and other eligible areas in Asia.
As a Growth Partnerships Manager for the region, you will work independently to oversee our network of affiliates, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). You will be responsible for executing product marketing campaigns and launching partnership initiatives in your assigned region.
Reporting to the Global VP for Growth Partnerships, you will be part of the Growth team. You will have the authority to select partners and develop region-specific campaigns. With guidance from your supervisor, you will establish a personal development plan to enhance your professional skills.
Your main focus will be on enhancing KPIs by introducing initiatives to meet regional partnership goals. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to create influencer campaigns that effectively promote new features and marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will analyze post-campaign results to suggest improvements for future campaigns, sharing best practices with your team.
Occasionally, you may be required to represent the organization at partnership and industry events in your region to engage with new partners and industry peers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute tailored partnership initiatives to boost growth in various product areas.
- Identify and cultivate a pipeline of potential affiliates, influencers, and KOLs.
- Develop strategies for recruiting and retaining partnerships.
Hands-On Partnership Management
- Address partnership escalations in your region and manage relationships with affiliates, influencers, and KOLs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to circulate targeted newsletters to partners and oversee partner campaigns with external agencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Analytics teams to seamlessly integrate partnership processes.
- Prioritize and manage regional partnership projects and provide support for new product launches.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Use tools like Tableau, Impact.com, and Google Analytics to monitor partnership performance daily.
- Analyze KPIs to refine strategies and partnerships and deliver actionable reporting to stakeholders.
Staying Ahead of Trends
- Stay updated on industry trends and engage with partners to maintain a competitive partnerships offering.
- Participate in industry events to represent the brand and explore partnership opportunities.
- Expertise in managing the Impact.com platform to assist regional users.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing.
- Track record of growing marketing partnerships programs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in sports betting, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial services is advantageous.
- Proficiency in management tools like Impact.com.
- Analytical mindset with quick problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in written and verbal English, with additional language proficiency as a bonus.
