GTM Marketing Lead
We are in need of a Growth Hacker / GTM Marketing Lead to spearhead the expansion of our U.S. market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for our social commerce product targeted towards consumers, focusing on growth strategies native to TikTok, forming partnerships with creators, and executing performance marketing campaigns.
This role is hands-on, requiring active participation in all aspects of the strategy including campaign management, channel testing, and playbook development with a goal of scalable growth. Leveraging your past experience in scaling consumer products within the U.S. market will be crucial in helping us establish and grow our presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the execution of go-to-market strategies for U.S. expansion.
Tailoring messaging, positioning, and marketing campaigns to suit the U.S. consumer and creator ecosystems.
Cultivating relationships with U.S.-based creators, affiliates, and communities.
Planning and conducting growth experiments across various acquisition channels such as TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social.
Improving customer acquisition costs, identifying sustainable growth channels, and implementing viral loops, referral programs, and gamification techniques.
Executing creator marketing campaigns and affiliate activations on TikTok.
Analyzing performance data to understand what creative elements prompt conversions and developing performance dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of the growth funnel.
Collaborating closely with Product and Operations teams to synchronize marketing experiments with product launches.
Providing insights from the U.S. market to inform product development priorities and roadmap decisions.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in growth marketing and go-to-market strategies in consumer apps or startups.
- Demonstrated success in expanding into the U.S. market.
- Proficiency in TikTok marketing tools and strategies.
- Expertise in conducting cost-effective and impactful growth experiments like referrals, community building, virality, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong data orientation with the ability to create and utilize dashboards to analyze funnel metrics and make quick adjustments.
- Agile and innovative mindset with a willingness to engage in a remote-first work setting and travel to the Indonesia HQ when required.
