About The Role 🤔
Immutable is resolutely committed to shaping the future of Web3 gaming, and we seek a commercial leader to spearhead the end-to-end customer experience and oversee our American business operations. As the Head of Customer Growth, you will be instrumental in propelling revenue growth, enhancing customer retention, and advancing product delivery, particularly for our B2B solutions, including the flagship product Audience Builder.
This role diverges from traditional account management or customer success functions. You will take charge of a market-level P&L and guide the complete post-sale journey—from initial activation to upselling initiatives—while collaborating with gaming studios and developers to drive impactful results and expand their utilization of Immutable's offerings.
This role is tailor-made for someone who excels in high-growth environments, possesses profound insights into developers, and has the acumen to scale product-led growth with precision.
Your Key Responsibilities 🎮
- Manage and upscale the Americas market P&L, encompassing upsell, cross-sell, and retention objectives
- Ensure seamless deployment of Immutable’s growth solutions, including crafting customized activation strategies and overseeing project timelines
- Proactively anticipate future requirements of game studios and swiftly iterate products to support market expansion
- Serve as the chief liaison for our American games, fostering robust, trustworthy associations with executive stakeholders
- Collaborate seamlessly across technical, gaming, and growth units to bridge product gaps and deliver customer value
Your Profile 🤝
- Possess more than 5 years of experience in managing executive-level partnerships, showcasing stellar interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong commercial astuteness with prior P&L ownership experience, ideally in a startup or scaleup environment
- Crafted a foundation in management consulting or investment banking with a transition into startups
- Exhibit a track record of selling, implementing, and revising early-stage products based on customer feedback
- Display deep empathy for developers and a knack for creating solutions that cater to technical personas
- Validate success in surfacing and influencing product enhancements through customer collaboration
- Express a fervor for gaming and hold a keen interest in the evolution of Web3
