Responsibilities

  • Manage the finance and accounting processes for the Bulgaria entity comprehensively.

Requirements

  • Possess 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles like Head of Finance or Financial Controller, ideally in financial services or fintech.
  • Hold a degree in Finance or Accounting, along with relevant certifications like CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIPA, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing procedures and controls in a dynamic environment.
  • Leadership experience in a growing company is advantageous.
  • Expertise in forecasting models, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial communication.
  • Experience in regulatory reporting and handling financial audits in regulated institutions.
  • Experience in fintech or regulated institutions is beneficial.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fintech industry, with exposure to blockchain and crypto asset operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
