Responsibilities
- Develop and take charge of the financial systems strategy and trajectory incorporating ERP, sub-ledgers, reporting structures, reconciliation processes, and automation tools.
- Construct, lead, and cultivate the Financial Systems team; manage recruitment, performance evaluations, mentorship, and career advancement, cultivating a culture of self-sufficiency among team members in utilizing tools, scripts, and AI innovations.
