The focus is on promoting sustainable practices by offering plastic-free, home compostable, and paper-recyclable solutions to help reduce waste. The main responsibility will be driving sales and revenue growth through acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet company growth objectives.
- Guide and support a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continual improvement.
- Introduce innovative sales techniques to penetrate the market and broaden the client base.
- Create and sustain valuable relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and keep up with industry trends.
- Ensure the provision of top-notch after-sales service to boost client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in a senior sales leadership position, ideally within packaging, F&B, or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent strategic planning and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a knack for team management.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and/or Microsoft platforms, familiarity with Xero, Hubspot, and Trello is advantageous.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and/or Cantonese.
