Our client, a prominent industry leader specializing in optimizing space solutions, is currently searching for a skilled Human Resources & Administration Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping HR and organizational strategies to drive growth and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a team overseeing various HR functions such as talent acquisition and performance management.
- Cultivate positive employee relations and foster an enriching corporate culture.
- Handle equipment procurement and vendor relationships.
- Manage budget planning and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and update HR policies as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proficient in supervising a team of at least four employees.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams as a strategic partner.
- Preferred experience in the storage industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
