Job Summary:
We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist/Manager to oversee and enhance daily HR functions. Responsibilities include payroll processing, HR operations management, HRIS administration, policy development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Well-suited candidates are analytical, process-driven, and knowledgeable about HR technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing internally, ensuring accurate and timely payment and compliance with tax regulations and leave policies.
- Administer and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) or equivalent system.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs in compliance with legal requirements.
- Communicate and implement HR policies effectively across the organization.
- Analyze data to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements in HR practices and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with hands-on experience in payroll processing and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems like Infotech or equivalents.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience with ESOS is a plus.
