About the Opportunity
In this position, you will oversee HR operations in Hong Kong, actively contributing to the daily functions such as document preparation and benefits administration. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for enhancing HR services and implementing impactful changes. You will play a key part in shaping the organization's HR practices by integrating external and internal insights and aligning with global employment terms and conditions. Additionally, you will combine HR operational expertise and people analytics to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and drive strategic people-focused initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily HR activities including document preparation, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
- Addressing end-to-end HR needs of employees and managers with a focus on customer service and compliance.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with employment documentation through template creation and updates.
- Supporting HRIS transformation and expediting expats' visa processes.
- Contributing to people analytics projects and global special initiatives as needed.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years HR operations experience in a dynamic setting.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) both written and spoken.
- Strong customer-centric approach in internal service delivery.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to fast-paced environments, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
