Human Resource Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top blockchain talent, including developers, sales rep, and other key positions. Manage job postings, interview processes, and onboarding for new employees.
HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that aligned with VNChain’s business goals, focusing on building a decentralized, innovative workforce.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a remote work culture centered on collaboration, creativity, and commitment to the Web3 vision.
Performance Management: Develop and execute performance evaluation processes, setting KPIs and ensuring continuous employee growth and satisfaction.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure our HR policies align with local and international regulations, especially regarding remote work and crypto-friendly policies.
Learning & Development: Lead efforts in creating a culture of continuous learning, providing access to blockchain/crypto learning resources, certifications, and career development opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the tech, blockchain, or crypto industries.
Proven track record in managing recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition for highly skilled, decentralized teams.
Understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, how search engine works and the decentralized nature of emerging industries.
Prior experience working with crypto talent pools is a plus.
Experience managing remote and global teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Bachelor degree or above.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
