Your mission:

In the role of an IFRS Specialist, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge to address complex IFRS issues and lead the implementation of new standards. Your role will involve developing accounting policies, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate financial statements. By actively participating in financial audits and promoting continuous improvement in accounting practices, you will contribute to our commitment to excellence in financial reporting.

What you’ll do

  • Resolve intricate IFRS queries and maintain compliance with the latest standards.
  • Lead the implementation of new IFRS standards and develop relevant accounting policies.
  • Generate consolidated IFRS financial statements on a regular basis in collaboration with Financial Controlling.
  • Assist in the financial audit process and manage auditor requests efficiently.

Who you are

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in multinational or publicly traded companies.
  • Hold a certification in accounting or possess a strong educational background in group accounting.
  • Have proficient knowledge of IFRS and ideally Austrian GAAP (UGB).
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of German as an advantage.
  • Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills with a focus on meeting deadlines effectively.
