About The Opportunity

The Business Development Junior Manager/Executive will lead business development activities in the EMEA region. Responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies for clients and key accounts. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including regional and global Institutional teams, product and engineering teams, and Legal & Compliance teams. The individual will lead efforts to engage with potential clients such as EMEA Trading Firms, Financial Institutions, Key Accounts, and Partners to drive client acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth on the OKX platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Institution Team in daily operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, legal, and compliance.
  • Identify and pursue institutional sales opportunities, building and nurturing a strong pipeline.
  • Conduct client profiling and leverage past success cases to replicate and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Explore new revenue streams and opportunities with clients like Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital Firms, and more.
  • Close high-value sales opportunities, focusing on deals such as Cash OTC, Derivatives, and Custody offerings.
  • Evaluate prospective clients to ensure alignment with OKX in terms of financial, reputational, and regulatory considerations.
  • Provide insights on client feedback and areas for product/service improvements to senior management and product teams.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates tenacity, determination, and adaptability in challenging situations.
  • Proven ability to develop prospect pipelines, generate opportunities, and support deal closures.
  • Understands the regional landscape and strategy required to cultivate a high-value sales pipeline.
  • Proficient in English and Turkish languages, with fundamental knowledge of institutional products like Block Trading and Derivatives.
