Description

About the Role:

Define and develop institutional and high-net worth clientele within the rapidly expanding crypto and blockchain industry. Possess the autonomy to identify and engage with potential institutional leads, celebrating achievements ranging from introducing clients to their first crypto instrument to customizing unique crypto products. Participate actively in tailoring financial services products for institutional clients, along with the opportunity to propose and actualize innovative product offerings with team support.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and contacting institutional client leads
  • Understanding client requirements and promoting relevant product offerings like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking
  • Representing the company at conferences and engaging with institutional players to promote awareness of business products and services
  • Engaging in community outreach activities to expand institutional presence
  • Researching market and competitor trends in the institutional crypto space
  • Development and closure of client or partnership agreements
  • Recommending new institutional crypto products
  • Maintaining regular communication with institutional clients, tracking feedback, and suggesting product enhancements

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Transaction volume generated by clients
  • Revenue and profit metrics

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales
  • Minimum 1 year of digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 outbound sales experience in roles like Exchange/Custodian/Prime Broker
  • Familiarity with institutional products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking
  • A robust client network within the cryptocurrency sphere, encompassing entities like hedge funds, trading firms, banks, asset managers, and OTC desks
  • Individuals with significant experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position
  • Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing client/partner relationships
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with examples of professional writing and presentations appreciated
  • Proficiency in English.
