Institutional Sales Manager - Europe

Your Role:
- Drive the growth of Ledger Enterprise in the EMEA region
- Identify prospect pain points and offer solutions using Ledger Enterprise products
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Generate leads and craft engaging messaging to attract prospects
- Contribute to sales goals through negotiations and sales pitches
- Develop strong relationships within the sales team to enhance team success
- Provide valuable customer feedback to guide product improvements
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience in crypto or traditional finance sectors (minimum 8 years)
- Ability to work seamlessly across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales functions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking abilities with a focus on customer insights
- Experience reporting to senior leadership and contributing to strategic discussions
