International Payroll Lead/Analyst (Germany)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and organize payroll data before processing it with local software or submitting it to payroll providers.
- Prepare data submissions to suppliers through different methods across multiple countries.
- Engage with payroll providers to manage submissions and address related inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing within specified timeframes for employees and third parties.
- Act as the primary contact for queries from internal employees, external contributors, partners, and vendors.
- Handle inquiries from various internal departments such as HR and finance, and maintain up-to-date records and procedures.
- Implement new country payrolls effectively and in compliance with regulations.
- Facilitate smooth transitions from current providers to new ones.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues independently.
- Provide assistance and support coverage when needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of solid German payroll experience.
- Proficient in payroll processing practices with excellent attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, as part of a team, and in collaboration with external vendors.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities in an agile work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Proactive in problem-solving and critical thinking for future impact assessment.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional languages proficiency would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of payrolls beyond Germany is a plus.
- Experience with crypto compensation.
