Job Description:
Circle is a financial technology company that operates at the forefront of the emerging internet of money. We enable the seamless and cost-effective transfer of value globally, utilizing cutting-edge technology like blockchain. Our mission is to open up new possibilities for payments, commerce, and markets, ultimately enhancing global economic prosperity and inclusion. We achieve this through our infrastructure, which includes a blockchain-based digital dollar called USDC, and by enabling businesses, institutions, and developers to leverage these innovations.
Your Role:
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing new API products that empower developers to build cryptocurrency-powered applications. Our goal is to make blockchain-powered apps accessible to billions of users. As a Product Manager, you will focus on creating products that utilize our core protocols (USDC, CCTP) and encompass a range of offerings, including permissioned software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and permissionless on-chain protocols. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with ecosystem developers using our products (USDC, CCTP, EURO-C) to understand their needs and develop a roadmap to support them (requires external collaboration).
- Own the vision, feature set, and roadmap for our developer products, taking them from concept to reality, incorporating both off-chain and on-chain protocols.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in blockchain technologies, such as account abstraction, smart contracts, and intents, and contribute to Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) accordingly.
- Define an excellent developer experience for both experienced developers and those new to smart contract development.
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, treasury, and marketing, to bring your products to market.
Our Core Values:
- Multistakeholder: Dedication and commitment to our customers, shareholders, employees, and local communities.
- Mindful: Respecting others, listening actively, and paying attention to detail.
- Driven by Excellence: Relentlessly pursue excellence, reject mediocrity, and work intensely to achieve success.
- High Integrity: Communicate openly and honestly, adhering to high moral and ethical standards.
