Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of web3 wallet solutions for enterprises and small to medium businesses (SMBs). Your mission will be to simplify blockchain technology adoption for a vast user base, making blockchain-powered applications accessible to billions of users.
As the Product Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Identifying partner ecosystem opportunities to integrate with our Programmable Wallets, meeting the needs of diverse customer segments.
- Strategizing and executing the delivery of innovative solutions to market, focusing on driving value for enterprises, SMBs, and end-users.
- Staying abreast of advancements in blockchain technologies to inform product strategies, particularly focusing on topics like account abstraction and smart contracts.
- Defining optimal developer experiences for a range of users, from novices to experts in blockchain development.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, treasury, and marketing teams to bring products successfully to market.
Qualifications:
To thrive at Circle, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Over 7 years of experience in product management or entrepreneurship with significant exposure to crypto, especially in developer infrastructure tools or protocols development.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, engineering, or a related field, coupled with a background in software development or product creation for developers.
- A deep understanding of blockchain technologies, coupled with active engagement in the blockchain community.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of effective customer and developer interactions.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, confident in data-driven decision-making.
