Job Responsibilities
Circle seeks a collaborative Lead UX Designer to enhance user experiences across its online platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping intuitive and user-centric designs, focusing on website user journeys, information architecture, and navigation. Collaborating with a team of designers, you will transform insights into engaging experiences for a diverse audience while partnering with various stakeholders to align designs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop user-focused UX designs through wire-framing, flowcharts, and prototyping techniques.
- Utilize customer journey mapping to drive iterative improvements in ongoing website projects.
- Conduct user research and experiments aligned with the website roadmap, sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Facilitate customer discovery sessions and design thinking workshops to identify pain points and enhance user experiences.
- Create and review architecture-related deliverables like information architecture and content structures.
- Own and iterate on UX processes within the team, ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure measurable and scalable design solutions.
- Deliver projects on time while upholding high-quality standards.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of UX experience with a focus on digital design and information architecture.
- Proficiency in designing global web experiences for various devices.
- Hands-on experience in user research, sketching solutions, and wireframing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing technical skills and creative thinking.
- Up-to-date knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
- Understanding of blockchain, crypto, and finance industries.
- Familiarity with relevant tools such as GSuite, Figma, Google Analytics, etc.
Compensation Details
The position offers a base pay range of $130,000 - $170,000, with an annual bonus target of 15%. Candidates may also receive equity and benefits, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) plan, discretionary vacation policy, paid sick leave, and holidays.
