Primary Responsibilities
Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends to pinpoint opportunities and risks.
Develop and sustain marketing dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and ROI.
Collaborate with marketing teams to outline data requirements and support business analysis and critical decisions.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to guide marketing strategies.
Utilize data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Perform user conversion, behavioral preferences, segmentation analysis, and establish an enduring data monitoring system and user operation framework.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, mathematics, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and metrics is advantageous.
Bonus points for experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R).
