Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive local marketing strategies, both online and offline, including events, partnerships, CRM, user lifecycle management, SEO, and ASO.
- Focus on acquiring new users and retaining existing ones through external marketing efforts.
- Implement hyper-localized marketing approaches encompassing blogs, CRM, and announcements to ensure cultural relevance and adoption.
- Oversee social media channels, activity within the community, engagement with Binance Angels, onboarding key opinion leaders (KOLs), and forming partnerships.
- Manage local marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment (ROI).
- Provide clear and timely reports on campaign performance for accountability.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience, with preference for backgrounds in Web3, fintech, or agencies.
- Demonstrate a successful track record in managing partnerships, campaigns, community building, or lifecycle marketing.
- Ideally, have previous involvement in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup.
- Fluent proficiency in both Czech and Slovak languages.
- Strong analytical capabilities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
