As a team member specializing in Client Operations specifically focusing on Stablecoin matters, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations at Anchorage Digital Bank. Working closely with the Client Operations team, your responsibilities will entail supporting stablecoin issuance and redemption processes as well as fiat operations. A key aspect of your role involves ensuring operational excellence by executing transactions in a timely and risk-aware manner. Additionally, you will familiarize yourself with the operational flows of institutional clients, advocating for their needs internally in collaboration with Client Experience and other teams. This position presents a valuable opportunity to enhance your comprehension of stablecoin operations and gain insight into the regulatory and operational aspects at every stage. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with the daily operational tasks related to stablecoin issuance and redemption, ensuring precision in executing processes.
  • Engage in stablecoin operations involving mint/redeem workflows, internal controls, and fiat on/off ramp operations.
  • Support the utilization and setup of both internal systems and third-party tools to facilitate safe and efficient operations.
  • Generate regular operational reports and monitor vital metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Demonstrate consistent execution of operations, updating procedures promptly while maintaining a risk-conscious approach.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Possess a basic understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Knowledgeable about specific stablecoin protocols and blockchain networks like Ethereum, USDtb, USDG.
  • Capable of acquiring expertise in various systems and tools.
  • Ability to facilitate end-to-end processing of operations for institutional clients effectively, including receiving, verifying, and reviewing operations.
  • Familiarity with systems and tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Looker and knowledge of reconciliation tools and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with specific stablecoin protocols and blockchain networks, such as USDC and USDG.
