Job Summary
We are searching for a proficient and driven Senior Structured Derivatives professional to enrich our capital markets team. This role requires expertise in structured products and derivatives, with responsibilities encompassing creating new business prospects and delivering product services relating to structured products issued on the ADDX Platform.
Key Duties
- Lead sales efforts for structured derivatives products, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to market regulations.
- Collaborate with external partners, product specialists, and risk teams to devise, evaluate, and execute structured product offerings.
- Analyze market trends, extract insights, and convey observations to clients and internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Manage deal structuring, transaction workflows, and confirmation procedures, maintaining precise records and ensuring timely settlements.
- Provide guidance to junior team members on product knowledge, client interaction methods, and regulatory compliance practices.
- Support compliance with regulatory and internal risk management protocols, including monitoring exposures and reporting anomalies.
- Take part in client interactions, presentations, and industry gatherings to bolster market presence and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance client education initiatives aimed at increasing adoption and comprehension of structured products.
Requirements & Competencies
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of specific experience in structured derivatives or complex products.
- Profound knowledge of structured products, derivatives (such as interest rate, equity, credit, FX), and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like MAS compliance, risk reporting, and trade settlement processes, as well as securities trading standards.
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate market trends, client demands, and product performance effectively.
