Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for recording all transactions in the internal accounting system for the CIS region
- Prepare and submit month-end closing reports within specified deadlines
- Ensure accurate submission of Regulatory Reports and tax reports for the CIS region
- Maintain precise records in the accounting system and perform reconciliation with other systems
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal regulations, and local laws
- Establish communication with consultants, regulators, banks, and auditors

- Conduct financial analysis and decision support
- Reconcile all accounts and properly archive financial documents for the region
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Proficiency in Russian and English languages
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in crypto or financial sectors
- Experience in Big4 or other accounting firms is advantageous
- Deep understanding of IFRS and Tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Solid familiarity with the 1C system and willingness to learn Oracle
- Strong analytical skills and ability to pay attention to details
