THE ROLE
Reporting to the VP of Operations & Sales, you will be tasked with expanding and enhancing our rapidly growing sales team at a national level. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with the Executive team to create sales plans aligned with company objectives, optimize the ATM network, and provide continuous support and guidance to the sales and account management team.
This role is based in our office in Kingsgrove, NSW, with potential travel required within the Oceania region.
YOUR IMPACT
- Recruit, grow, and maintain a top-performing sales team across the Oceania region
- Mentor and guide the Sales team to foster a culture of success and high performance
- Work alongside the executive team to establish the strategic direction for Bitcoin ATM expansion in the mid to long-term
- Lead efforts to optimize the existing ATM network in coordination with other teams
- Conduct productive weekly individual and team meetings to update the team on Localcoin products and sales strategies
- Exhibit a people-first leadership approach by supporting sales on a daily basis, addressing performance issues, creating development initiatives, nurturing team potential, and conducting regular 1-on-1 sessions with sales executives
- Lead in aligning sales executives with the strategic sales vision, including territory management, target setting, and ensuring clarity for the sales team
- Assist the sales team with intricate contract negotiations and manage client escalations for both current and new clients
- Implement new sales processes and streamline system flows to enhance efficiency in all sales operations continuously
- Review incoming proposals from the sales team to ensure they align with company goals and expectations
- Identify areas of sales underperformance, provide feedback to team members, and present recommendations to the executive team to address shortfalls
- Collaborate with the executive team to revamp and execute monthly incentive plans for the sales team regularly
THIS IS YOU
- Minimum of 6 years of Sales experience
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
- Demonstrated success in leading and expanding high-performing sales teams
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on coaching and driving Sales team success
- Experience in developing sales strategies, plans, and tools in a dynamic, high-growth setting
- Excellent communication skills across various channels such as phone, in-person, or other platforms
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and FreshDesk
- Effective listening skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving acumen
- Sound business acumen and strategic thinking
- Interest or knowledge in the cryptocurrency market
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
